- Copilot Studio is sold as tenant-wide message packs of 25,000 messages each, priced at CAD $271.40/pack/month. A billable message is a request or message sent to the copilot triggering an action and/or response. The triggered action and/or response is included in the original billable message and doesn’t count as a separate billable message.
Copilot Studio is also available to sign up for as a pay-as-you-go meter in addition to the existing message packs. This will allow customers the flexibility to only pay for the messages they consume at the end of their monthly billing period, after use. This new pay-as-you-go meter requires no upfront license commitment, allowing customers to scale usage and ensure business continuity for mission critical business processes. - There are no in-product features or capability differences between the Copilot Studio message pack and the pay-as-you-go meter. The product is at full parity regardless of the purchasing option, with the only difference being the way a customer pays for the service. While a customer pays up front (CAD $271.40/pack/month for 25,000 messages/pack) with the message packs, the pay-as-you-go meter requires no up-front license commitment and allows customers to pay only for the message capacity they consume, at the end of the billing period.
